**All South Lightning Protection – Tampa, FL**
All South Lightning Protection is currently hiring a **Lightning Protection Installer** for our Tampa Branch. This is a **full-time, entry-level position**, we train inhouse. If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term career in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply.
**Requirements:**
* Clean background check **(required)**
* Valid driver's license **(required)**
* Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
* Able to travel and stay out of town when needed
Our crews meet at our Tampa shop each morning and travel to the job site together in a company vehicle. Typical work hours are **Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM**, with plenty of overtime available for those who want additional hours.
When overnight travel is required, **per diem is provided**.
