Chain is authentic Versace brand. Gold-Tone rolo chain with Versace Medusa pendant. It is neither real gold, nor gold plated. I do not know the actual metal. It is a sturdy necklace and has some weight. The chain came from a Versace runway show in Miami where it was worn by one of the runway models in the show. You cannot buy this in any store as it is a one off designed for the fashion show. I do not have any papers for authentication as it was given to me as is from the show. It does have engraving on back of pendant. Comes in the authentic Versace box as well. The box alone sells for $20 on eBay and Etsy.
