2 swivel rockers are in good condition!! We paid $1,300 each, so they are well built.They are so comfortable and we have enjoyed the swivel feature from watching TV to talking on the couch. H 40' W 30 1/3" height from seat to top of back is 27" and 24" from the back of the seat to the front. We are just redecorating. No smoking, no pets, clean home!!!
