HP 96 Black Ink or HP 97 Tri-color Ink Cartridges. These brand name cartridges have been discontinued by HP. They are difficult to find. Since they are no longer made, any still in the market will have expired dates. I have used these for the past few years with no problems. They are stored in the fridge which some believe help extend their life.
