Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team at Westshore Pizza. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating delicious, high-quality pizzas while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and stretch dough to create pizzas of various sizes and styles
• Add sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times to ensure perfect results
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines
• Assist with prep work, including slicing ingredients and making fresh dough
• Ensure consistency and quality in every pizza served
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently
• Manage inventory and report low stock on ingredients
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a pizza maker, cook, or in food preparation preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to speak/read/write the English language
