The Company:

The Role:

-Hiring two part-time Account Managers; 20 - 26 hours per week
-Text-based client support
-Lead branding sessions over the phone to help our customer's with their online presence
-Lead training & setup sessions to ensure customers know how to use products
-Schedule meetings for the sales team
-Assist with various campaigns to engage our customers


-$17 per hour to start
-Paid company holidays
-Flexible schedule; open to scheduling between 8AM - 8PM
-Beautiful downtown Tampa office inside Industrious
-Opportunity for full-time role in the future

Desired Skills and Experience:

-At least 2 years of working experience in an office environment / customer service related role OR some college required (we will work around school schedules)
-Tech savvy; you know your way around gmail, text messaging, google docs, and can quickly learn new systems
-Excellent customer service skills; you'll go the extra mile with a client and you would enjoy helping people get the most of their purchase with us
-The ability to be agile & multi-task (you are someone that can have your e-mail open, while on the phone, and talking over chat)
-Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager.
-Resourceful. Goes over, under, around a challenge to find success.
-You want to learn and grow
