We have 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes available for immediate move in. We are a family friendly all ages mobile home community. We do a background check and eviction history check. We do not do a credit check. Dogs are ok with with a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Deposits for the homes are based off the monthly rental amount for the home.
