Searching for a workout friend for low impact workouts. I'm a female disabled vet who's gained weight since getting out. Lower spinal issues, along with degenerative arthritis and bad knees has gotten me "banned" from heavy lifting and any crossfit type exercising (nothing that could impact my back, hips, knees, feet etc) per my doctor. Prefer someone who has their own access to LA fitness, which is where i have a membership. I can also access the base gym.
