I've been building and re-building computers on and off for the last 33 years. I really enjoy it. Veteran owned business. Retired Navy with 20 years service. This ad is for the Intel i7-14700F mATX build. I have several computers up for sale on Craigslist. Please use REF #25-0916 when replying to this ad.
Shipping is not available. Price is firm. Cash, Paypal or Zelle payments are accepted.

Included in the price is a 30 minute indoctrination to your new PC if desired. I have a clubhouse where I live where we can meet and I can show you all the features and operation. Or we can meet at a location of your choosing within the Tampa to North Tampa area as long as the location has power. Also 90 days of technical support free.
I keep all the original boxes from my builds which I will give to you for warranty purposes, or if you want to sell and upgrade any parts. All extra PSU power cables are included as well.
The processor I purchased as an open box item. So only the plastic tray is included.

The motherboard has decent connectivity on the rear I/O. There is also an RGB light on the top right back of the motherboard that is configurable through software (included).
The Montech case features an easy snap on side glass panel. The front mesh panel also snaps on and is easily removable to clean the fans when needed The side cable panel is secured by two retaining thumbscrews. No tools required. The top I/O includes one USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 port, a USB-C port and a combined headphone/microphone jack. There are two dust filters for the case. The top is magnetic and the bottom slides out.
Fan configuration is set up for positive pressure case airflow. The front three are intake and the rear is exhaust. Option of controlling fan RGB through top reset switch or through software (Polysync or Signal RGB - installed). The case fans are not PWM and operate at a steady speed of 1400RPM. Some reviews state this case is loud, but I don't find it so. I can install aRGB PWM fans at a small extra cost if desired.
The CPU cooler is really interesting. It has a 2.4" color LCD display which is completely customizable (software installed). Includes two 1500RPM (max) PWM fans and 6x6mm heat pipes for greater cooling efficiency. More pipes=more cooling. Cool.
The system has been tested for thermal throttling and also stress tested. No thermal throttling occurred and the stress test passed with no issues. This system will ramp up quickly, but runs ultra cool under non-stressed conditions (see images). I mean look at that display. 53F for the CPU and the ambient room temperature in my house is about 76F. Crazy.
If you intend to install a second M.2 drive on the motherboard, I have a heatsink available for $7 extra if you need it.
