2013 Palomino Columbus - $16,000

I have up for sale a fifth wheel rv that we have lived in for over a year now while we got a house put on our new property. It’s a 2013 Palomino Columbus 365RL. I have a clean title in hand as well. I just recently had the roof completely resealed right before winter. I also just added a brand new Mr Cool 12K btu mini split which is wired to plug into an extension cord but you can change it to be wired to a breaker panel if you’d prefer that. I still have the 2 cabinets that were removed to install the mini split as well if you’d like to remove the mini split. Both acs in the RV work very good but aren’t as efficient as the mini split in the hot summer months. I have a full RV cover that will also go with it. It also has a built in central vac system and washer and dryer. This rv is clean and in good condition. I will list below the few minor issues it has.
Pros:

Cons:
The front right jack keeps throwing an error code so I replaced it with a brand new leg yet it still throws the error code so that jack has to be manually put down which is easy to do. Haven’t dug into the issue other than that.
The floor in the kitchen is popping up.
The trailer lights don’t work which were like that when I first purchased the rv so I just used magnetic lights to move it and I never cared to look into fixing it since I used it for living in so I’m sure it’s something simple.
