You are a highly skilled technical writer with experience (minimum 3 years) working on ERP projects, contact center environments or similar, developing process, procedure and policy information.
Responsibilities:
• Develop process, policy, procedural and product information in SupportPoint in accordance with the project Solution Design and Content Development Styles and Standards.
• Liaise with SMEs and Process Owners to collect and analyze source information and validate production-ready content.
• Work within a combined client and Panviva project team, under the direction of the Project Manager.

Research content by interviewing subject matter experts and working directly with the process owners.
Coordinate documentation reviews and incorporate input.
Adhere to group standards for style, tools, and template use.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with development of IT or IS process documentation.
Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, and/or ISO 27000 series standards
Familiarity with financial services regulations a plus
Experience in utilizing Adobe Acrobat, MS Word and PowerPoint
Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering team.
Success in this position requires you to :
• Use customer sales pieces to create lively, entertaining, and engaging scripts.
• Use application help systems to create small scripts for eLearning applications.
• Write sequential steps that you might commonly associate with a process, procedure, or solution.
• Sometimes write within a given set of standards using parameters established by the company.
• Use proper sentence structure, grammar, and spelling.
• Be conversant with MS Office products and especially Microsoft Word.

We need our interns to assist in building an information database for the College Sumo website. Every college or university has hundreds of different venues that are connected to them for a variety of functions and we want to know about all of them. Your task, as a hired intern, would be to write short, fun, creative reviews about places you have enjoyed going to share with everyone at your school. Your reviews can be of a crazy bar, a little-known restaurant, grocery store, laundromat, favorite take-out place, supply store, vegan hot spot, bowling alley, coffee shop, etc., which you have found that your fellow students need to know about. Each review that you write should be accompanied by great photos of the venue to support your article. If you would like to take it a step further, make a video review of the venue. Do whatever you think it takes to help other students understand what the location is really like via the web.
