This is what / who we are currently searching for , someone to go on papers for a 24 month time frame. They will receive a sum of 100,000. ( one hundred thousand ) for the course of the time. Its the way the deal and financing has been structured .



We have a investment group putting down 3,400,000. ( mil ) on the purchase , a Tampa bay Buc player backing the majority of the deal,based on what he has in the bank , and a asian finance company that will loan the money to acquire this deal,and will be backed back the real estate and the business.



The seller is playing ball with us and possibly be a silent partner on this.



I need someone with a good credit rating , that has 500k bank account a minimum.

They do not have to bring any money to the table at all,its all covered.



The loan will be secured because we will be putting 1,000,000. ( one million ) into an interest bearing escrow account that will support the mortgage on this deal .



We have plans to renovate the entire thing inside / out this includes the structure on the outside , and we have a deal in the works to change the name and add a nationally recognized club there.



At the end of the 24 month ,the party will have an oppurtunity to buy into this deal.
