<description><![CDATA[hello everyone and anyone who ever is taking their time to read this post. i have a situation where my wife and i are making it but per previous relationships to our ex's we had to file bankruptcy and she lost her house due to her ex stealing from her and the kids. i came into the picture when it was too late to try to keep the home but again she was a victem to the realestate market that messed everyone over. i have 4 kids and myself and my wife i need a house for. if we can get accomedations in a home over 2000 living sqarefeet for myself and my wife and our 4 children in the wesley chapel, it would be greatly appreciated. we both have stable employment but at this time its not possible to get approved credit wise per the bankruptcy we both files last december. If possible for someone out there to help us out with making this a reality its greatly appreciated. im not asking for any hand outs, we work for what we have but because the government changed the laws on first time homeowner ship and the obama home tax credit, it makes everything much much harder to accomplish anything in the real estate market. also the reason i need it to be atleast 2000 sqft is because i take care my nephews when i get out of work until my sister gets out of work. again thank you for any help possible. if you want to ask any questions please feel free. im a 1st time home buyer but not my wife, but because she has a foreclosure in less than 2 years per her previous relationship it causes a hinder on things. ]]></description>

My husband is a youth pastor at a local church and we moved here from up North back in February.
