I am a professional female and would prefer a female roommate (professional or student). The townhouse is 1754 square feet in the Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills area. There is a pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, fitness room, tennis courts, laundry facilities and computer room.
We have a serene view of woods and water and a nice screened in porch to soak it all in. Your bedroom has a nice window for sunlight and a nice size closet. We have Verizon Fios for phone and internet. Direct TV for cable, Progress Energy for Electricity and we are on public water. Must split 1/2 of utilities.
You will have access to all the common areas including the washer and dryer.
Please be a non-smoker. Small well-maintained pets will be considered.
