The house has a HUGE family /great room, three large bedrooms, two baths, two decks overlooking the lake, a small screened lanai and a dock. There is a washer and dryer and I will probably be adding a hot tub at some point.
You will get a room and full use of the house, as well as off-street parking in the driveway. You will have to share a full bathroom with one person.
Looking for a drug-free, responsible adult. No Drama! No smoking in the house, but I don’t care if you smoke outside. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I will check references and verify your income. Month to month lease.
The house is in a quiet, low-crime neighborhood off of Rt. 52, 5 minutes from the Suncoast and 45 minutes from downtown Tampa. Close to shopping, dining and Pasco Hernando Community College.
The house has been newly remodeled and is in excellent condition.
$450 plus 1/3 of utilities (@ $100). Utilities include water, electric, cable and wireless internet. First and last month’s rent, as well as verifiable income and good references required to move in.
