Hello my name is jakilynn Jefferis. Iam a 21 year old wife and mother. I ,as well as my husband, am looking for a nice home to buy/rent to own to raise our 2 year old daughter in. we both worlk full time jobs, and have been at them for quite some time, so our income will never fluctuate! we have one outside cat(max) and two dogs( rosie a black lab, and layla a mixed breed). anywhere we go they go! We are looking for a nice home to settle down start roots in. We dont mind a little fixing hear and there but cannot afford to do major renovations. Some of the things we are looking for include:
-3+ bedrooms
-1.5+ bathrooms
- nice large yard(front or back)
-pets allowed (were animal lovers)
-functioning heat and air
