We are flexible with days of booking. We do ask for a 4 day minimum. YOU pick the days you want to stay! Our rates are as follows based on a 7 day rental 500.00/week Aug 1-Dec 18. $650.00/week the rest of the year. Also, depending on availability, we may be able to offer you a better rate than our already discounted rates! This rate does NOT include the $115.00 cleaning and linen fee and 12% tax.
