Bay and Beach Club is a small, well-maintained resort located in Indian Shores, a beachfront community situated on a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico, west of Tampa. For rent is Unit 401 in the Gulf Front Building, which is directly on a beautiful, uncrowded white-sand beach.

This spacious, fully-equipped, up-to-date apartment has a double balcony facing the street and bay to the east, and has ocean views from the end of the balcony and from the guest bedroom. The apartment has a master bedroom with king bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a hide-a-bed, and will accomodate 6 persons.

The apartment is fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 TVS, DVD player and wireless internet service. There is an elevator. There is a very nice heated pool and a hot tub, and the staff is very helpful.

You can fish from the bay and cook out on the resort's dock across the street from the Gulf Front Building.

The Tampa airport is only 40 minutes away, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

We own two weeks here and thoroughly enjoy the resort and the location.

Payment by PayPal or cashier's check within 7 days after agreeing to rent.

Full refund upon cancellation within 14 days after I have received payment. No refund thereafter.

You must be 21 years of age to rent and to check in. By renting, you agree to abide by all resort rules and to indemnify and hold owners (me and my immediate family) harmless for any damage sustained to unit during your stay other than normal wear and tear.
