My son and I have a spare room for rent in Beautiful Safety Harbor. This is a house right off of Main St. where there are tons of events and quaint shops down town. The right person will have full access to the whole house. Rent will include cable t.v., phone, internet and all utilities. You will also have the master bedroom which is pretty large. I am not asking for a deposit but I do need 1st months rent upon move in.
This is a drug free household. I am screening all applicants for criminal background. We have a fun household with lots of laughs on a daily basis so if you have a great sense of humor, you will fit right in! : ) ****I do prefer to have a woman.**** Proof of employment is also a must!****
