I am looking for a bigger place on or in the neighborhood of 140th...Minimum 3bedroom 2 bath...if it isn't in this neighborhood, don't bother being in touch. I am currently living on Crystal Island on Lillian Drive in the back part of this neighborhood. I am interested in anything especially that would offer a lease/ option...if there is work to be done, that's great...I would love to fix it up...I did rehabs for several years so that is not a problem.
I will consider straight rent if the rate is good, but wouldn't mind paying more if I have the option to buy.
