Small sports lounge with a nightclub twist looking for strong bartender with choice of shifts.
My client is looking for a strong bartender so he does not have to over staff shifts and have everyone make money. In today's brutal economy, like most other bars, business is not as good as it use to be. Razzels Lounge ask me to find them a strong bartender that can handle a shift and make the most out of a quiet shift and a busy shift. With a strong, honest, dependable, sales ability, common sense, bartender Razzels would not have to over staff to maintain customer service.
WOULD THAT BARTENDER BE YOU?
Requirements are:
Ability to handle volume rush in a fast and accurate manner
Honest and Dependable
Ability to sell and not wait for a customer to flag you down for a drink
Good with rules and closing procedure.
Prefer someone that is local to the Clearwater area and ability to promote themselves.
Customer request is for female that is in great shape with up personality and great attitude.
Applicant must have open availability for all nights from 7 PM to Closing
Current available shifts are definitely Friday and Saturday Nights but for the dream bartender, more nights are available.
Goals are set for each shift and a bonus is given of 20% over the total goal.
YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE IF YOU ARE THE DREAM BARTENDER BUT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS ARE A MUST.
I find Razzels is managed like a real business so applicant must be willing to work with that. Owner would like to not be there all the time any longer but needs one more strong honest dependable bartender.
