Ive been renting a house for almost a year, now due to financial issues, I have to move to a smaller place.

I have 3 outdoor aviaries, and 1 walk-in outdoor aviary.

each of the 3 aviaries is about 5x4x3, and is on wooden legs.

---1 aviary houses a pair of proven Sun Conures, they are currently on 4 eggs, 3 of which are good. they come with thier food/water bowls and nestbox, also.

----another aviary houses 11 cockatiels and a lot of wooden perches. I have never put boxes in with them, so they have not been bred, but i suppose they would if they were given nestboxes. all are over 1 year old, with the oldest being around 3. most are regular, 1 lutino female (very very sweet), 1 pied female with grey beak (sweet but skittish, and she is slightly handicapped). one of the regular males whitles cat calls, and once i get him to do it, the whole flock of them start, its sooooo funny to hear. He used to whistle the theme to the Munsters, but he only does about 1/4th of the song now.

----the other aviary houses my babies, 3 juvenile Sun Conures. All 3 very very sweet. None of them have been DNA'd, and thier adult feathering is starting to come in. I hand-raised these guys from 3 days out of egg, and everytime they hear me speak, they call back. Ive spent a lot of quality time with them, and thier sweet dispositions reflect this. All 3 give "kisses" and do not bite. They all have thier distinct personalities, and 1 will let me lay him on his back in my hand and tickle his tummy. If you understand animals, then you know the incredible amount of trust this takes on thier part for them to let you lay them on thier back.

-------The large walk-in aviary is 6ft. tall, 5ft. long, and 4ft. wide. 1/4in squares powder-coated black wire (very expensive to get), and stablized with 2in square powder-coated black cow fencing, also has 2 long metal stabalizing bars that run through the middle to make the structure more durable. Door is powder-coated wire also (when its shut, you cant really tell its a door, it blends into the enclosure), and is on a spring system so when you open it, it will shut behind you for safety. houses around 40 peachfaced Lovebirds. I started my bird hobby with these birds, and there is about 12 Nestboxes, lots of perches, and 2 large food dishes, and one large water-dish that attaches to the side of the enclosure. Most are proven breeding pairs, with about 4 or 5 juveniles in there. Beautiful colors, yellows, olive green, light blue, green/red. None of them are hand-tame, but there are easy ways to do this to for the younger ones which I will explain if you are interested.

All of these birds have been a very enjoyable hobby for me, I am not a breeder, and the only reason that the lovebirds had nestboxes was because they came to me with them, and then they started fighting a few weeks after I had them at the house, which I did more research on them and found out it was because there was not enough for everyone, and I lost 2 birds because of this, which to me was just heartbreaking and obviously preventable, so I put enough boxes in there to prevent them from fighting.

They all really mean a lot to me, and they give back just as much as you put into them. I want to find them homes that will also spend time with them, feed them properly, and make sure all thier needs are met and that they are happy. I cannot stress this enough, they need to go to homes that actually care ABOUT the animals, not just care FOR them. None of thier wings are clipped, they are birds, and are meant to fly, thats why they are in large aviaries where they are able to fly around.

Ive put a lot of time, effort, and money into all of them and thier housing, and I realize that people dont have a lot of money right now, and just because you dont have the money to initially buy the animal, doesnt mean that you cant give them a great, loving home and care for them properly.

I am willing to trade an aviary with its flock in echange for items of equal value or something that I may need. If you want to make a cash offer, thats fine too, but please understand that I will not be giving them away for free under any circumstances. Ive heard about what a lot of people on CL do with free animals. I will want to know what kind of homes they will be going to, and just to make sure your intentions are infact good ones, you will have to sign a contract saying you will not sell or give away any of them for a certain amount of time, and if you do need to rehome them for any reason that i will take them back for the original price or value that you got them for.

I know it sounds a bit extreme, but I dont want them to end up like a cheap commodity and have so much stress put on them in the process. If i could stay in my house, or had a yard to keep them in, i wouldnt even be doing this.

Whatever you have to trade, just let me know. please also tell me more about yourself, and the kind of home they would have with you, if you have any kids, any other kinds of animals, who would be caring for them or handling them the most.

I will take some pictures later tonight for anyone who wants some.

I have no insurance and now have something troubling going on with my eyes. To be brief, I have small subconjunctival hemorrhages occurring in both eyes on a relatively frequent basis. I also have a small raised spot on my right eye, nasal side. Lastly, greater numbers of veins have collected in the white region of my eyes.

Now, I don't want something for nothing, but I'm not sure what I can offer? I have a college degree in finance (unemployed at the moment), a strong body and a stronger mind.

Money is especially tight, but if it came down to paying, as long as payments were small and well out into the future, I should be able to handle them. So, if anyone reading this can help or direct me to someone that could help me I would be grateful to say the least.

This is a 17HP John Deere 42 inch cut tractor. Model GT262. It runs but it is in need of some repairs. The PTO went bad and I have a brand new John Deere PTO that costs $250 that will go with the tractor. The bad...hood cowling is beat up and missing some pieces. The engine runs and does not knock or smoke but the top fan shrouding was removed to gain access to the crank nut in order to get the PTO bolt off. The previous owner lost the bolts but the shroud parts are all there. There are some other minor repairs that need to be made like the fuel line was robbed off it for another project ( that was me that did that ) the dash switches are broken ( ithink its the PTO enguagement switch ) and the safety switch that resides under the drivers seat needs to be fixed ( bracket rusted off ). Any good shadetree mechanic can have this running and operable in a day. I have NO TIME so Im selling it or trading it. Send me a message on what you have to trade and lets see if we can make a deal. The tractor is in a storage garage and I can only show it after work or on a weekend by appointment.

I've got a tower system, with LCD screen, and an amazing video card. It's an ATi All in Wonder 8500DV. What that means is you have video capture, TV in and out, the ability to run dual monitors and/or monitor and TV. It's comes with a remote so you can surf the web one on your TV. Just open a window, and drag it off the desktop, through the air, onto your TV! If you have a big screen, THAT would be amazing!

A tablet PC or smaller laptop are preferable.

Hi, I am offering to meet you at pickup point and transport your live trees, bikes, appliances, what every you need in exchange for either a gift worthy item, gift card, or minimal cash donation, as I have a huge travel conversion van and can easily hold multiple bikes(6 or more), gifts, and large items.
