ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Entry level accounting position in growing company reporting to Controller. Duties include preparation of daily sales and cash reports; record keeping for special customer programs; monthly reporting to several licensing agencies; monthly and quarterly reporting on contractual obligations for several vendor programs; maintaining vacation and sick time accruals and monthly cash and other asset account reconciliations. This person will also be cross-trained in other processing areas in order to help cover vacations and sick time absences. A four-year degree in accounting is required. No phone calls please.
