Are you a current or former smoker? Do you have shortness of breath or a persistent cough?

If so, you may have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD.

To qualify for a research study being done in Tampa Bay on an investigational medication for COPD, you must be 40 or older, have smoked one pack of cigarettes per day for at least 10 years, and currently have no significant heart conditions.

Study participants will receive medication and medical care. Compensation will also be provided.
