| Offering my 3 bed/ 2 bath home for rent for the week of Super Bowl 2009. Check in and check out dates are flexible. Home features a 37" LCD HDTV w/ DirecTv satellite (over 600 channels!) and a 32" TV in Master Bedroom. Both guest bedrooms have 20" TV's, and you have the option to upgrade the 20" TV's to 27" or 32" HDTV's for an additional cost. Very close (less than 15 minutes) to upscale dining and shopping, less than 45 minutes to Gulf beaches, Chartered Sportfishing, etc. I am including a professional Chef for one night, as well as a Charcoal BBQ grill. I am also including grocery delivery, just give me your list and I will go to the store for you! You still pay for all groceries, and are limited to a maximum of 1 delivery per day. Fully furnished, sleeps 8 people. Outside patio and large fenced backyard. Cats/ dogs OK but MUST be house trained. $5,000/ week is an absolute bargain, you will not find nicer accomodations closer to the stadium than this!! I require a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit of $500 and a FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of $2,000. Half of the rent and security/cleaning deposits must be paid up front at time of lease signing, remaining $2,500 due at check in.
