We are two USF girls looking for a female roommate to move in to the 3rd bedroom. We are 22 and 23, both clean, quiet, and very easy to get along with.
The condo is located in a beautiful, safe, quiet, and gated community. Most residents are older professionals, unlike most student living complexes that are always loud and messy, yet we are only 10 mins away from campus and convenient to everything else. Small pets are allowed here with a deposit.
We are located inside Tampa Palms, which is a very classy neighborhood mostly older people live here. There is a really pretty clubhouse and golf course as well.
The place is fully furnished with all amenities including washer/dryer room. The living areas have wood floors, and the bedrooms have really pretty tile floor. Bedrooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, night stand, dresser, study desk chair. I can email pictures if you are interested.
All utilities are included in rent: electric, cable, high-speed internet with wireless, digital phone, water, convenient valet trash pickup service, and various amenities.
