I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease is up next August. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL and I do not want to leave, but I am having roommate trouble and cannot afford the place on my own. It is two bedrooms and one bathroom, but the bathroom is HUGE. Valet trash, car washing station, pool, hot tub, gym, tanning bed, tennis courts, volleyball court, children play areas, designated dog fields, gated community, washer and dryer in unit, appliances included. Pet deposit already paid! Located on the corner of Causeway Blvd and 301-perfect for someone working at the Brandon Mall. Five minutes drive to I75 and the Selmon Expressway Crosstown.
