I have a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with a garage that I need to rent for $900 per month. It is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, except for a TV. Rent includes electricity and water. If you bring a TV and want cable, it will be an additional $50 per month. I would prefer someone who can pay both months upfront. If you can do this, I will waive the security deposit.

The house is conveniently located five minutes from the Crosstown Expressway and I-75 and you are less than a ten minute drive from Brandon Mall, Target, Publix, gym, restaurants, etc.

I am looking for someone who can move in asap. I am out of town, so I will have someone show you the house. I do not have pictures, but I will post some shortly.
