I have a 4 bedroom home. The room that is for rent is at the other end of the home, the west back part for privacy... The living room is fully furnished with a couch that reclines on both ends, a large chair, coffee table and TV with cable. The bedroom is in the same room as the living room area and is very nice for someone renting weekly to save up in these times. The home is very clean I have lived here for 6 yrs in a nice neighborhood. I will answer and questions so please call if your intrestred. There is an interview after seeing the room(s) for rent to go over some general questions and house rules. Cable hook up also in the bedroom.
