Last roommate moved to west palm beach for a job, So considering I am rarely ever home with work, and staying at my girl friends place i figured it might be a good idea to find someone in need of a nice place at a good price. I am asking for a 300$ deposit, and 500$ per month, which includes all util, and cable/wifi. Room size is 11x15, fairly large sized closet. Only one bathroom, but I am rarely ever home to use it, so it would be almost your own bathroom. I keep the place fairly clean, and expect the same from whomever is living here. No parties, Small gatherings ok. Living room is fully furnished. No dining room table, but there is two hightop chairs for the counter bar. Prefer late 23ish-35ish in age. Male or female is ok.
