I am looking for a freelance web designer to create a site from ground up. HTML, heavy on secure forms and SQL - database searchable site. This is a newer concept that is still being researched. I will host the site on my secure server and the designer will not only put the site together to my spec, but handle any maintenance. As the service grows, there may be need for other builds that integrate with the initial database. SEO is also VERY important, just as important as the rest, so your SEO ability will also be taken into consideration.

The final choice of designer will need to have a clean background check and sign a non-compete. This is a very specialized service and the actual function of the service will not be made clear until contracts are signed and the offer for contractual hire is made.
