2+ years legal experience in Commercial Bankruptcy. Knowledge of commercial litigation and transactional law a plus. Must be efficient, detailed oriented, quick learner with strong written and verbal skills. Must be able to prepare motions, orders and other documents for submission to court with minimal guidance. Must have ECF training, calendaring experience, be knowledgeable in document indexing / case management software and proficient in MS Word. Highly technological environment. A successful candidate will be required to handle scheduling and deadlines, manage files and documents, docket control. Paralegal Certification or degree preferred.
