black and some brown, male, looks like maybe a jack russell, doxin or min pin mix. was dropped off on my street by a man in a car but, he was looking for the owner so i believe he had been picked up in the vicinity by that person. dog has a red collar and leash. i do not know if he was lost with that on or if the man who dropped him off had put it on the dog. highland ave is in the area of sligh and florida. can contact me at 813-231-2623
