Looking for a case manager who has experience doing home visits and knows the communities resources. Will be working with birth mothers and adoptive parents and will help facilitate all aspects of the adoption process. Must have computer skills and be well written. Must be very organized and self driven and handle yourself well in crisis or stressful situations. Must be professional and well spoken and handle yourself in all kinds of environments.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related fields (psychology, human services, etc) and 2 years experience working hands on with clients as a case manager and have done some homevisits.
Adoption knowledge is a plus.
