King's Tune-Up is under new management!!

Whether you need a basic rebuild, a full-race engine, or just a simple repair, King's Tune-Up has the knowledge and experience to get it done THE RIGHT WAY, THE FIRST TIME, and we work hand-in-hand with some of Tampa's finest machinists to make sure your engine lasts longer and makes more power than you ever thought possible. All of our rebuilds are assembled in-house with OEM (or better) parts, so we can guarantee the quality of each component that we install. We also have extended warranty packages up to 5 years/100,000 miles!!

Our Cylinder Head Porting service is top-notch, and can modify most cylinder heads to work in your desired RPM range and/or boost level, whether you're towing a 40,000 lb trailer or hauling your *** down the drag strip. It's very easy to LOSE horsepower by modifying a cylinder head, so make sure you take it to a professional to get it done the RIGHT way. We have seen gains of over 20 HP on an otherwise stock LS1, and 57 HP on a turbocharged Honda Prelude, just by modifying the stock cylinder heads.

Flat-Rate Prices:

Basic L4 or L6 Engine Rebuild -- $199 + parts, machining, and R&R
Basic OHV V-6/8/10 Engine Rebuild -- $299 + parts, machining, and R&R
Basic SOHC/DOHC V6 or V8 -- $499 + parts, machining, and R&R

Basic Port/Polish Service -- $15 per port
Combustion Chamber polishing -- $10 per cylinder (recommended for Forced Induction and High Compression engines ONLY)
