Office/Accounting Administrator

Downtown Tampa Law Firm seeking person with strong bookkeeping/office management skills to execute daily accounting functions to include, A/P, A/R, G/L, billing, time & attendance, trust account management, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections and financial report compilations. Knowledge of Orion Accounting Software a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills with a positive upbeat attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with the highest integrity in a high volume environment.
