Large 3 bedroom, 2bath home in Spring Hill. I am renting out one full side of the house. That includes a large bedroom, your own bathroom and shared access to the 3rd bedroom which is used as a computer room.
All the Utilities are included. I work full time in Tampa so I am not home too much except for the weekends. I do however have 3 dogs and you must like animals. There is a screen porch and a privacy fenced
yard. I was engaged and no longer am and I need someone reliable that can pay the $125.00 a week. You buy your own food. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as a dishwasher and microwave in the
