I am seeking a home preferably in Sugarmill Woods. I am looking for either a large 3br or 4 br. Our family is growing and we need the space. We can afford between $1000 to $1600/month.

A pool is a plus, but not required. The home must be clean. It is ok if it is not in Sugarmill Woods, but would preferably like to keep my children within the Lecanto school district.
